Kid in Flight is a Christian folk music project by singer-songwriter Vian Izak. It began during a time when I struggled to believe that God really cared about me. Despite years of faith, I felt like God was indifferent. But through my journey, I rediscovered a powerful truth: God is love. Each Kid in Flight song is paired with a scripture-based meditation — a written devotional that explores the themes of faith, surrender, doubt, and grace woven through the music. This contemplative approach to worship folk is what makes Kid in Flight unique. If you find yourself doubting God's care for you, Kid in Flight is here to guide you through that struggle. These songs are a reminder that God is not distant. He's the one who always protects, always hopes, and always endures with you.
